Description

A caserole which combines macaroni and cheese and corned beef hash, with a crunchy, cheesy topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 can corned beef hash
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 pieces white bread
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Cook mac and cheese according to directions on box or personal taste
  2. Cook corned beef hash according to directions on can, adding onions and other ingrediants to taste
  3. Pour finished mac and cheese into the bottom of a caserole dish
  4. Layer corned beef hash on top of mac and cheese
  5. Break white bread into small pieces and scatter across the top of the caserole
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of bread
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or golden grown
